Recipe for Brussel Sprout Haters (Pix)

Last night I made a "Sauteed Brussel Sprout Salad". Here is the recipe from Epicurious.com It is a quick recipe. Once you take the leaves off the sprouts that is.

Trader Joe's had some great Brussel Sprouts on the stalk for only $2.99!!! They were wonderful.

My husband HATES Brussel Sprouts and he asked for seconds of this recipe!!

Here are the Brussel Sprouts on the stalk. It was over 2ft tall!

That looks good!! We grew lots of them this year- so we got creative! If you just trim them up and run them through a food processor, they turn into "slaw". You can saute them with whatever makes you happy. Very different taste. Seems easier than taking all the leaves off individually... Great deal too- i wish we had a Trader Joes! Enjoy!
