Recipies for Koli Rabi?

I have quite a few koli rabies begining to develope, at what point or size do you pick them, and does anyone have a way that they prepare them?

People say I'm getting crankier as I get older. That's not it. I just find I enjoy annoying people a lot more now. Especially younger people!!!

I like to pick them, no larger than a baseball...I know some wait longer, but I think they get too woody. You don't have to do much to enjoy them. You can just chop them up and add them to salad, as is. I like to broil mine with balsamic vinegar and oil- or do them on the grill. Enjoy!!!
