Do you think your pepper recipe would be good with pablano's and havarti cheese? Perhaps some onions too (or did you include those already)?

Also, do you use thick cut bacon or does the thinner stuff work better?

I am guessin if your a Poblano-kind-of girl, nothing will get in your way!

LOL, I try not to do the chilis that have tough skins, like the jims and such....this is more in lines for the little chili that could!

Hum....you're right, thick skins. Just thinking out loud here but I can do like relleno's (roast then peel) only wrap with bacon instead of the egg batter and put in the oven instead of deep-fry....
