Ever since Greensage (Ron) posted his recipe for peppers I have been anxious to try it. So last might I made it with a couple of additions of my own. DE-LI-CIOUS!!!! 
I used pablano's that I roasted and peeled since they are thick-skinned.
Then I crumbled up 1 pound of breakfast sausage and fried with 1 medium onion. Then I mixed in 5 scrambled eggs.
Using my cheese slicer I made slices of havarti cheese then put slices inside each pepper.
Next it was time to stuff the peppers with the sausage mixture. Here they are, all stuffed and ready to wrap. I will stick them in the freezer for a bit before wrapping with bacon so they are firm (almost frozen) and easier to handle.
OK, they have firmed up a bit and are ready for wrapping. I used maple smoked bacon.
Alright, they are all wrapped and being stuck in the oven using the high broiler setting.
OK, time to take them from the oven. Next time I will move them up closer to the element since they cooked long enough a lot of my cheese leaked out. I cooked them on one side until they looked cooked then flipped them using tongs and cooked the opposite side. I didn't time it
Under the pan the peppers are on you can see the kid's dinner - stroganoff.
And here it is with the rest of our dinner. The passion flower was to add color
