I had a crop of beans this year--didn't manage it well, so we only had two servings of the crop. Yesterday I found about 6 dried out pods. Should I just empty them of seeds and dry them out on a paper towel, then store? Need some advice--VERY surprised to find ANY at all!

Yup, just let them dry out in the pods (when they rattle clearly, they're about ready) then shell and put somewhere indoors to finish drying and then store. It really is that easy :)

Good luck, have fun,

Pat
