Smilies with no animation

Hi. I know that some of the smilies are supposed to have animation but they don't seem to here, or at BYC for that matter. Why is that and can they be fixed to animate? It really just isn't the same when you do the "ROLFL" smilie and you can't see the legs kicking or the "hugs" smilie that doesn't even move.

Click 'Profile' on the menu bar at the top of the page.
On your left, there will be a profile menu box.
In the menu box, there will be a 'Display' button, click it.
Check the little box next to where it says 'Show smilies as graphic icons'
Press submit and the smileys should be graphic!

It could also be a browser setting to disallow animated smilieys. On both forums a bunch of them are animated and are working, so I think it is an issue / setting on your PC?
