substituting for wheat flour

i found this interesting & useful so i thought i would pass it along
to substitute for one cup wheat flour...
1 3/8 c barley flour
1 c corn flour
7/8 c corn meal
3/8 c potato flour
7/8 c rice flour
1 c rye meal
1 1/2 c ground rolled oats or 1 c oat flour
