sweet potato hash

just finishing up transferring all our recipes that we have found on-line from the puter to a sd chip.
realised forgot to post this wonderful side dish. heres the link to the recipe

the only thing would do differently is trim a little fat and drain more the grease from the bacon.
makes a great leftover...

That does sound great. What do you think it would be like if you kept apple out till end so they were a little crisp.
