I have a flower bed next to my front door. Because it is part of houses curb appeal I am very fussy about it. Today I found hydrangea in bed covered in webbing. looking closer I saw web filled with tiny caterpillars. I burned a few with my lighter, I stopped when I burned my finger. What can I use to kill caterpillars ? I am not organic and have no problems using chemicals. Been a bad day

Soap spray, using insecticidal soap, Dawn, or baby shampoo, with some rubbing alcohol... for large-scale spraying, I recommend the Safers (insecticidal) soap. I use a quart spray bottle (veterinary sprayer, @Nyboy , you probably have some at work), fill about 1/3 with rubbing alcohol, add about a teaspoon of soap, then fill the remainder with water. Very effective on most insects, as long as you spray enough to cover them. DW's rose bushes get caterpillars every year, this kills them.
