tomato juice

dw and i having looking for a good spicy tomato juice recipe that you can process with no luck, anyone have one they are willing to share...

we did find some for the freezer, but this time of the year space is limited...

I wish I had my Grandmothers recipe. I can still taste it and it's 30 years since she last made it before passing.

The lazy man's way (mine) I run tomatoes (enough tomatoes for 6 quarts of juice) through juicer, also do an onion, 4" of celery stalk, about 6-12 hot peppers (depends how hot as to quantity) few banana peppers, heat to boil, pressure can. I may or may not add salt-been known to forget.
