Uses for Hops

I scored a big bag of free hops last night, but I'm not sure what I am going to do with them. They are currently drying while I figure it out. What (other than making beer) can hops be used for?

I have seen a recipe for hops mustard- but don't ask me where I saw it. I have been growing them for years, and have yet to use them for anything! I will be anxious to hear if you figure something out....
