What breed of Rooster is this?

This is Corny Cornelius, the actual Corn Flakes Rooster is his most commonly used and classic form. Notice the little Huckleberry hound, popular most when my little sister was a kid, so yea, lounging on the couch eating corn flakes for saturday morning breakfast while watching Huckleberry hound with my baby sister Shannon. Puts this between 1964 or so to 1970 or so.

So is Corny Cornelius an old fashioned Auricana Rooster?

I think that the most popular answer is that ol' Corny is a Welsummer. (green tail feathers)

He is definitely a Welsummer. My friend gave me 5 Welsummer roosters a few years ago. She bred them and showed them and told me that they are the corn flakes rooster.
