Different times of the year brings different seasons to all of us. When the North is under three feet of snow, the South is finally having cool enough weather for the cole crops to grow and produce. When the North is in the middle of the growing season, the South is burned to a crisp. Fall and Spring gives us all something to grow. So I thought I would create a thread for all of us to post pictures of what we have harvested in all the different seasons. Post your pictures!

Fall and winter is a great time to have a garden in the South. No bugs! We can grow vegetables that bolt and burn in the spring/summer. Not to mention the bugs and worms that eat the crops up faster than we do.

Today I picked cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, cabbage and carrots. The colors were so pretty, that I had to take a picture to share.

I picked an apartment complex that turned out to be a God-send, and a bottled water supplier that will work with my short term needs.

Those are some beautiful, tasty looking veggies you have there. Wish I were there!

Very, very pretty!

You just wait until I've got some daylight tomorrow, Bay'! I'm going to that greenhouse and I am getting some bok choy!

(Let's see how I can spread this out . . . I'll get green bok choy 1st. Then, I will get some red bok choy. Then, I've got some Maruba Santoh greens. Then, I will start over . . .)

digitS' scratching noggin' trying to think how he's stretching this out until there's chives and . . . uh, rhubarb . . .
