:tongue Steve, you know a lot of us here love pies! Quit posting pictures of homemade pies. Now if it was pecan pie (my favorite) then you'd be in trouble. That sure looks good. Bet it would go great with a cup of jasmine tea at 2pm. ;)

No, we bought some (California) strawberries to go in there, Mary ;)!

Just sat that cool slice on the oven mitt for the picture and had that for a 2nd breakfast ... Hey! It was 3 hours since those 2 cookies and a banana!

Just checked on mine. It is up and doing well except for the plant I got from my MIL. For some reason, that one plant will send seed heads right with the first leaves. Right now the stems are not a full foot tall and I've removed the start of flower/seed heads from every rooted section. Never did understand why I managed to dig up the only super-fertile female rhubarb from MIL's foundation planting. The rest of the rhubarb is looking great!

Pie and sauce coming up soon.
