with winter coming upon all of us just wondering what's your favorite comfort food for those cold weather meals..

for here it's...
grilled cheese and soup..
blt sandwiches..
tater tot casserole w/ either beef or chicken..
mac and cheese..
chili w/ texas toast..
beef stew w/ rolls..
hot dogs w/ steak fries..
of course breakfast is good any time of the day or night..

what's yours ???

Beef Stew and dumplings
My too lazy to go to the store casserole
Grilled bacon, cheese and mushroom sandwiches
Split pea soup and homemade biscuits
Roast Beef or Chicken with all the trimmings
Spaghetti with garlic toast
Rack of Lamb with balsamic roasted vegetables
Stackups or maybe I should call them Pile Ups... we had those last night
Heck anything yummy :).

You MUST MUST tell us the recipe! I have a tater tot casserole that is made from frozen green beans, tomato soup, worcestershire sauce, onions, ground beef...baked, then topped with tater tots to finish it up. Yummm :drool

stouffer's lasagna and homemade bread is one of those wonderful things on a cold wet evening i look forward coming home too during the winter...
talk about putting a glow on the inside..yum

Mexican chocolate with french bread toasted with butter in oven.

Homemade tamales with salsa and a good cup of coffee. Jasmine tea does not go with this.
