Garden Master
before 7am this morning, i could smell a neighbor's smokehouse. It was just for the moment; then the pleasantly cool morning breeze changed.
It couldn't have been just over the near fences but I'll be checking

I tried making smoked sausage before ... went back to breakfast sausage. I've got my little indoor smoker for peppers but I may just try it with salmon, ala "Simply Ming!" I could borrow a smoker again, as I did with those sausages. I could also enlist the aid of an inexperienced friend who recently expressed an interest. What do you think would be foolproof?? @chefsdreams ?
