We enjoy the "greens" as a Chive substitute in our salads and on baked potatoes.

LOL I always thought they were wild onions. My friend kept talking about wild garlic and I did not know what he was talking about, but after reading here I did a search and guess what??? I have a yard full of the things. I remember my step mom saying that they used them like chives when she was growing up.
