Nettle Tea & Dandelion Salad

Yesterday I foraged a bunch of stinging nettle for tea and also some glorious dandelion greens! Yummy! I put the salad alongside some grilled lamb loin chops.

If the dandelion flowers are really fresh I like to use them mostly in tea, but I will add them to the salad too! Thank you for the good foraging wishes! 😊
