I have two cling peach trees side by side on the land and in previous years they fruited and ripened together, seemed to be the same type/kind of peach. This year they were loaded, one tree had fruit that continued to grow and ripen as per normal, best crop I've ever had from those trees. The other tree seems frozen in time with fruit half grown or still growing very, very slowly and it's not ripening. The other tree was finished last month and this tree is just in stasis.
Looks healthy, glossy and full, just like the other tree, has been fed the same amounts, receives even more sun than the other tree, same amount of water, is the same age and size of the other....but the fruit is just hanging there, green and hard. Any ideas what's going on?
