    No worms

I moved 2 years ago to a place where someone had a dog, and had been broadcasting poison to kill fleas. No worms. Now, I'm beginning to see some finally as I won't poison all the bugs in the whole yard on the off chance I'll also kill what I want dead. This is likely why you don't see them like...

Finally figured out my Soil problems

Ah yes. Have to watch that in some parts of the country. All the gardening books tell us to put lime on the soil. Better know your Ph before doing that! Don't forget the mutts too. Some people have chickens that they've just let mix and mingle willy nilly and have come up...

    Propagation Prohibited - ?

All of the above is true unless it's "roundup ready" crops and the patent holder is Monsanto. In that case they will sue, and win. Even if you didn't want their stupid pollen on your land in the first place.

    Really Burpee?

Stores rarely buy directly from a company but rather from a supplier. I'd bet that's what happened here and the supplier gave them outdated seeds. Since they normally don't carry seeds they didn't think to check, or that it might matter.
