I think you misunderstood me. I'm not planning to plant ANY of the actual lentils (well barring one or two particularly odd ones). I don't have the space. The lentil and other bags don't interest me for the general contents; they interest me for the OTHER stuff that gets in ALONG with the main material. In the case of the lentils, it's the diverse selection of vetches that come along, as well as a smattering of other things that show up. I'm an EXPERIMENTAL gardener, not a feeding one (I don't have the space to grow on that sort of a scale. My job is to test things, then pass on the ones that are of note. That's why I was offering the lentils; I DON'T NEED THEM.
