Hey fellow green thumbs!

Alan saw a red hatchback car stopped on our road yesterday afternoon. What do you suppose the people were doing? Perhaps they stopped during a long journey to pee in the woods along an isolated single lane dusty dirt road? Possibly.

Or, how about dumping this puppy in the ditch? Yes, they most definitely did. With no food, and no water (not even a natural water source, for MILES!)

Alan picked her up as soon as he saw her, and brought her to the house. Now we're on a mission to find her a home.

We're mid-way between Dallas & Waco ... contact me here via comment or private message, or via my blog (listed below).

Please feel free to share this with anyone you know who might be interested.

Such a beauty!

I noticed 2 animal control people yesterday. They had 2 Saint Bernards!! Big, friendly, tail-wagging adult Saints! They looked real ragged and uncared for.

Why would someone spend good money on those 2 dogs then walk away from them?! DW said they are probably expensive to keep. Well, yeah! Maybe they could have put a couple hundred in the bank for dog food and bought only ONE!

We have TEG gardeners in Texas but, it is such a big state. You are a great photographer, Daisy! I hope that you can publicize this cute pup broadly enuf to find a quick and good home for her.

Permission to cross post this please on another site with quite a few Texans.

Your farm is south of Dallas I believe? Just in case someone asks what part of the state the pup is at.

Sweet if you would like, can you friend me on Facebook so I can share this? I have friends in Texas who may be interested and I'd like them to be able to get in touch w/ me or your through the post option on Facebook? I'll send you my name via PM if you would like to find and friend me there.

If not, we're not all Facebook junkies like me! hahaha

That's sorta how we got the lil Annie-bug. We thought she was going to stay small like a Beagle... but... apparently she has other plans.

She's around 12 weeks old now and we weighed her yesterday and she's 15.6 pounds and almost as tall as our American Eskimo. I think she's going to be a bit bigger than a standard Beagle... LOL
