Can these grow in containers or must be planted?

Got 10 and 30 gal fabric grow bags.

Cinderblocks to make a long "container" out of, open to ground below them, fill with dirt and plant in and in the wall cells.

Can these plants grow and stay in these over winter? In just the blocks that connect directly to the ground or also the bags?

Liatris, purple n white. Have seeds to start first.
Everberring strawberries.
Mini daffodils.
Regular yellow daffodils.
A pink, a yellow & a white tulips.
A blue and a pink hyacinth.
Asianic lily orange and yellow.
Staircase Lupine.
Red n yellow ruffle tulip.
Mixed oriental lily.
Dutch iris, hollandica mix.
Flaming silver pieris.

Can anyone confirm they'll survive winter in zone 7, -10F to potentially -15F.

Miniature daffodils are so cute!


Potted the bulbs. I need another garden bed! I guess that's what the cinderblock thing is also called. Brainfart moment.
1-3 bulbs in each. Most were already sprouting.

yes, they'll be ok. just remember to water them if there is a dry spell. after they've bloomed and died back letting the bulbs dry out isn't as much of a problem but later in the summer if it is still dry give them some water so they will be able to start regrowing for the next year. they do start putting out roots and growing again the previous year...

the minis are the first daffodils to bloom here. they are just now coming out.

Our mini daffodils may have finally succumbed to their impossible location. They were in a spot with very nearly no direct sunlight. The standard daffodils have some shade but there is now a multitude of them, with almost no attention beyond admiring their blooms, beginning right now.

Lupines seem to struggle, which is a little odd in that we have a wild species here. It is my understanding that domestic lupines are from the coastal areas of the Northwest. That suggests much wetter conditions and different soil. Maybe the Winter cold causes problems but it isn't as though they cannot return for a few years.

A liatris returns year after year after year – with as little attention as the daffodils . All this, with colder Winters than zone 7.

Would this pot work as a permanent pot for the lupin?
Widest I could find that wasn't deep for like a small tree.
