i didnt think blueberries would grow into tree form

this tree is like 12ft tall and not very wide

i was standing next to the tree and i my hands were up in the air and i would say that would have been about 6ft where the camera was actually at

Well, I was kidding but they look like blueberry flowers.

Here is a tree of that "blueberry" family (or, it may be better to say the blueberry is also in this family ;)):

You can click the photo to go to the Wikipedia page.

I doubt if it is your tree since it is quite a small tree but it has been domesticated and I wanted to show you something related to blueberries :).

Steve

Here is another in this family: Enkianthus campanulatus - still, only grows to small tree size

The following makes the concept of eating a blueberry disturbing.

As far as I remember....
- Blueberries,
- Sweet Bay
- Laurel
- Heather
- Haskap
- Viburnum
- Plum Sallow
- Beauty Bush
- Azaleas
- Rhododendrons
- and Bleeding Hearts
are in the same family.

What's disturbing is that most of them are V.E.R.Y. poisonous.
