Frost bit veggies

I jumped the gun and planted too early. Lost several tomatoes, squash and pepper plants to an unexpected freeze. Most were dead but others have leaves that are just somewhat blackish and seem to be recovering. Question is are they worth saving? Will they produce? Or should I start new ones?

I'd wait and see. It's really early in the season, so there's no harm in just seeing what happens if you let them go.
