Heading to North Carolina today

What a way to spend a Fathers Day. I have to drive to NC for a week. According to the pin for @majorcatfish, Ill be passing very close to him on my way to Raleigh/Morrisville.

Haha @so lucky ! That's exactly what I was going to say! But since @MontyJ likes to grill so much, maybe they could throw a few roots on the fire to go with that juice.
Or maybe put a bunch in the smoker and smoke 'em!
