I've got my own greenhouse!

Hi everybody!
Some backstory: my grandmother unfortunately passed away and left me a wonderful greenhouse as a legacy. When I was a child I used to come here, but just now I realise what a wonderful place it is (I'll add photos below the post). Climate here (southern Europe) is quite warm and sunny now.
I want to start gardening here and add new varieties of flowers and plants. I'm just starting to learn everything, so please forgive me if I make any mistakes in terminology.

My granny planted hybrid tea roses, calla lilies, pomegranate and lemon trees, pelargoniums, many weeds and cacti, even feijoa)) and much more
Some varieties I cannot identify. Pls advise me what plants/seeds/flowers to grow so they bloom for a long time. I just want to fill this orangery with new and fresh plants, and my mum will take care of it

I wonder also if anyone has had experience growing such feminized weed seeds?
It seems to me that there is a great climate, temperature and humidity for growing it here. What do you think?
