How did the Swiss Chard chips work out Lesa?

Well, marshall- we made them and we ate them.... but, we didn't love them. Not sure if the kale would be better. I had high hopes for something really yummy and really good for you...I think I will plant Kale and see how we like that.

Kale is so easy to grow. Beautiful plants too.
I'm going to try to cross Lacinato Kale with Red Acre Cabbage. They won't bloom until next spring. I have some other crossed up Brassicas to sow around August 1st.
