I will be posting some pics of the outside of the property in the next few days. I should have taken a few before pics but didn't get the chance..... My brother in law has been outside all day cleaning up the yard for us.

Getting the outside cleaned up will make it seem more like home. Our place came with 1,000 beer bottles, 500 beer cans, 75 worn out shoes, 67 bags of trash, 54 broken toys, 37 marbles, 22 unidentified yukky things, 9 pieces of picture frames, 4 bent up folding chairs 3 sofas (outside), 2 toilets (also outside) and a rotten swimming pool liner. (sing to 12 Days of Christmas)

@Carol Dee nah, if I had, it would be a lot more crap! Throw in 1700 pounds of scrap metal! We hired two day laborers to help clean up and they hauled off 1700 pounds of scrap metal, thrilled with the extra money, plus we paid them $20 for gas to haul it off. They got paid to pick it all up, kept the money from selling it, plus $20 for gas! DH and I thought we got the better end of the deal, as WE didn't have to fool with it!
