O M Gosh! I gotta tell you about my experience with a drought a few years back. We had to open up a hole to drain our leach field. The only water that goes into THIS hole is from the kitchen sink (with dishwasher) and the clothes washer, so it's soapy water, mixed with bleach, mixed with fabric softener. The pond 1/4 mile away (the one with the singing frogs) had dried up. My cat started to camp out by this hole. Lo and behold, I find that 2 frogs had set up house in my drainage hole!HiDelight said:bleach evaporates right off food and my son who is a sous chef told me they use bleach water on everything to be safe ..way different than pesticides or other things that will kill you faster
a little bleach while others may disagree and honestly I do not use because I bleach the heck out of my kitchen (it is my main sanitizer that vinegar and baking soda do all my cleaning ..ok I do love me some Fabuloso I am sorry but for spring and fall cleaning I do the Fabuloso! along with everything else)
people will always pick and choose battles I choose not to be afraid of bleach
(Unfortunately my cat caught them and ate em. **sigh**)
