Stewed Tomatoes & Okra

[so lucky]

My son and grand kids could eat a gallon of pickled okra in one sitting, I believe. I love it that way, too.

One of these years I'm going to electroplate some dried okra pods for jewelry or sculpture. Haven't yet gotten my ornamental pink flowering okra to make little pods (they were MIA after the tornado).

Sliced, seasoned, dehydrated okra makes a crunchy snack......

Crunchy I could probably handle. Sliced I can do. Dehydrated is easy-peasy. What goes on between sliced and dehydrated, @baymule?

@Smart Red I slice them and put in a bowl. Shake in lots of season salt and garlic powder, it sticks to the slime real good, but some will come off after dehydrating.
