Surprise, Surprise!

This morning when I arrived at the goat pen, I was surprised to see
two young lambs come out from behind the chicken run!

The mama goats are not too sure they want these new creatures around!

But the kids appear to be warming up to them.

They seem content to spend most of the time off by themselves.

They are eight weeks old. And are being raised for meat.

I waed you! I STERNLY TOLD YOU NOT TO POST ANYTHING ABOUT BABY GOATS AGAIN, because now I'm flipping through the ads looking for goats. And it's all your fault, we your pictures of cuddly adorable baby goats..

So cute! Attached is a big word, right! I keep telling myself that about these 30 or so chickens I plan to process in a few weeks. In fact, I think I will hire this young former neighbor to come and do the killing for me. lol
