My goodness! That watermelon is beautiful. Sunday I had my nephews and their wives over for lunch. I thought of NYboy's watermelon and then said "nay, too much work". So I just sliced it. :)

Well, perhaps me, Nyboy? I mean I do love the real thing. I enjoy having them around my pond and love hearing them on summer eves, but I have no affection for those many and varied fake-frog decorations for the garden or table.

They have an innocence for me, It just seems sad because this world has so much horror. I enjoy the live ones too around my containers, hiding behind the fence, around the birdbath, beneath the picnic table.... I like company in my garden
