Your Help Needed - Evalutating NEW Forum Software

Hey Friends!

Sorry this got put on hold, I ended up having to get my tonsils cut out and have been working on recovering. It hasn't been fun, but things are getting better.

Anywho, we're still on course to convert to the new system and we'll keep you posted as things progress!

journey11, ya, way harder as an adult... body just doesn't recover as quickly as when you're a kid!

so lucky, that was a big reason I timed it right after Thanksgiving... they say it takes 2 - 3 weeks to recover, so I'm hoping by Christmas / New Year's I'll be able to enjoy things!

marshall, thanks, I'm trying to rest, but it's not easy to do when there's so much to get done! :D
 
Yeah, but the big question is...

Did you get to eat lot's of ice cream?????
 
Sheesh! Everyone promised tons of ice cream... so much I'd get sick of it! THEY ALL LIED!!!

Turns out that milk can produce / encourage mucus... which is already a problem with all the healing going on in there. :(
 
Back in the days when it seemed they removed kids tonsils as a matter of course I looked forward to my turn, because my brothers told me that they brought you unlimited amounts of ice cream. I was disappointed to be told that I would be keeping mine :( .

I've been pretty upset at my mom for not having me get mine done when I was younger. They were MONSTROUSLY HUGE!

Picture gallery? I've been over on that Remodeling the TEG gang today and found it quick(!) to post an image but - should we be moving TEG gallery pictures back into our computers or to another online gallery??
