Have you thought of using a quilting template for garden design?

I bet you have :).

I'm thinking about this one.

No, no. @Ridgerunner could probably figure out the equation.

I count 7 corners as we move towards the Center Point from the Outside Corners. I think they are at equal distances and could be marked by stakes.

After placing those stakes ... I'd be lost ... however. I think I could wing it.

Is chalk harmful for a garden? Might be able to copy it using two different colors of chalk.

((Oh, the black lines would be paths :)))

No, I'm not makin' any commitments ...

You know, that's an important part of my use of TEG. I say I'm gonna try and then I feel that I must! I won't be goin' so far with this ... just yet ;).

Chalk should be fine. I think that since plants tend to "roundness," a certain amount of slack could be cut for a Garden Quilter. I was just thinking that a yard stick would be handy. Or, if we could get @canesisters to do this experiment for us -- a meter stick ...

:) Steve
1 meter = 1.09 yard, 1 yard + a thin slice of pizza
