No, thistle, I didn't do anything to it. I don't remember if it's cement or not. They had it available in different colors. My daughter submitted this picture in a nationwide contest and she won 3rd place. I was quite shocked. They wanted to know where this garden was and she proudly told them it was her mom's garden.
