That has happened here for apple trees and nut trees several times. there is always hope for next spring.

That apple has to be Pound Sweet according to my records. It's listed as a "yellow transparent apple" and quite yummy.

carol did you spray your peach tree ? I planted 4 this spring, bought the spray, but never got chance to use.

I have seen peaches in the markets around here, but haven't bought any yet. I finally got my oven fixed today and promptly made a blackberry cobbler. We are getting ready to eat it with some home made ice cream that was left over from the 4th. Don't you feel sorry for me?
