The working corral is ready

We went out today a good 10mi round trip, maybe a little less. Where we went there were several buildings, the stallion was stressed, not being in such a dense setting for years, he got lathered, not from the long ride but from the new situation, when we got back she reworked his hooves, I was pleased with the way she did them, he seemed to like it as well.

His hoof length is longer than that in the picture.

I know that you know everything I posted about hooves, I posted that for others that may be reading along.

Everything to the right of the run in shed is a added corral for the new girl, we'll add a shed next to and connected to this one.

I used to ride armed at our old place. As well as a lot of rattlers and mountain lions there might also be an occasional two legged predator out in the hills to beware of.
Thankfully, I never needed it.

Your girls certainly are enjoying themselves!
