I don't think I'm an anomaly but when I was a kid, skinned knees were pretty cool, and I was pretty pleased that they were visible beneath the the hem of my dress. Bruises were ok, but a big ol' scab was the best.

I don't know what they're smoking, but it must be the same stuff they're smoking here 'cuz our school district had the kids in for their first day on Friday, Sept. first.

The law states schools can't start before the first of September without a passing vote at the annual meeting. That makes Friday the first day they could start.

Yeah, it's a badge of courage as long as other males are around....then the big strong wounded male complains to his wife.....
