DD's have been exTREMELY helpful. Both youngest and eldest DD took time off work this week for bereavement and we 3 went to my bank Thursday to take DH's name off of the 3/4 accounts. The 4th account is an Atty Client Trust Account and nobody but the state of IL can touch it. The bank clerk made one error on my business account--it needed to be liquidated and a new account created--so I had to drive back Friday to resign--don't care, I just don't want anybody to touch my money! She was working on 5 different accounts at the same time, so errors can happen. I also stopped at the mail boxes to pick up snail mail, which reminded me that 5 vendors need the new billing address, Law Office was closed back in December, so I don't have a key anymore to get into the office.
POD beneficiery--we'll have to both check that no arsenic has come into our homes!!
Also, eldest DD set up the particulars online for my new accounts. I have chosen to pick up my new debit cards for the accounts at the bank proper. Our tiny post office is a joke--only open 6 days/week for 2 hours only, so if I order online I chose FedEx or UPS, or in person pickup. Otherwise they put a slip in my PO Box and I have to get there when there in a postmaster to collect it.
Not sleeping great, especially by myself, so Tegan now gets to sleep with me. She must have taken in seriously last night bc she was wiped out at 8AM this morning.

Rain predicted for 3:30PM through about 11PM.
"Red skies in the morning, sailors take warning."
I gotta get the ponies done before the rain hits this afternoon. I have been doing kitchen cleaning/organizing.
I brought my rake up to the house and I hope to force myself to clean up after Tegan before the rain hits, too.

I bought some potted herbs at Meijer on Thursday, too--sage, thyme, parsley and mint.
I cleaned off the top of the fridge, cleaned the heat mat and LED light that I had stored in the back room--I should have all 4 transplanted by this evening.
I think we all should assume that purchased plants are pot bound.

I up potted the herbs, cleaned the top of my fridge, put them on a heat mat--it's still winter, ya know--and put them all under an LED light, along with a small, plastic watering can of sorts. I need to check them--the heat mat will dry them out, but will help them thrive, too--trade off is worth it. Price of each plant is equal to a package of fresh.
