I doubt it, tomatoes are pretty tough. Tomatoes and pepper plants do funny things when they store carbohydrates - that leaf wierdness...

Nope. They often curl their leaves. Looks healthy. Keep watering, up potting and then stick this baby in the ground!!

I was thinking something was wrong because of branch drooping downward & some leaf curl.
