    I did it!!!

    here is a recent pic of that impatiens that snapped off...remember i soaked it in a cup of water for a few days then stuck it in a peat pot and just crossed my fingers.... welllllll it worked!!! look how happy it is!!! i think my thumb is gettin a light shade of green!!!!!

    I dont plan on planting any of the Impaitens outside. I live in an Apt and only the wildflower seeds im growing will go outside. The coleus and double impatiens will be potted and then set on my greenhouse on my balcony during the summer... how my balcony is faced and the overhang...I only get...

    thanks everyone! all these plants were only planted 5 weeks ago! that impatien...is only 4 weeks old since sprouting! do you think it will bloom this year? I heard some plants dont actually flower till the 2nd year

    lol i think im too new of a seedling grower to have instincts yet... haha but I would say....even tho they are soft and wilty and sad..they are still alive and I think they are still soaking in the growlight to give nutrients to the new leaves that are growing...? hmm?? orrrrrrr my other...

    I went ahead and took the plastic liner off the little green house so it gets the air in my whole apartment now. I still have not got a fan, but plan too soon...just had other things interefering lately... and thanks for the compliment on my tat... I love dragonflies and butterflies...

    im up in ashton :-) ya we usually get snow thru the middle of may always....and usually at least once the first week of june.....so I think if i wait till about june 6th I should be safe to plant them outside if I do the whole thing about puttin them out for a couple hours every day then...
