Recently I discovered lemon basil. It is amazing in that the leaves smell just like lemons. I have added these plants to my herb garden. I was wondering if this type basil could be used in making beverages such as basil tea or lemonade. Any suggestions?

Great bald eagle pictures. In re to tomatoes - a while back I discovered that planting basil plants near the tomato plants make the tomatoes taste better. I have become a dedicated herb gardener. :thumbsup

Hattie you are making me hungry. I am a big rosemary fan and use it in sprigs and also diced up. Either way I love the way it gives the kitchen that wonderful fresh aroma. Luckily it grows great here in South Florida.

You are right about tea drinkers get no respect in restaurants.

I've heard that people sell rosemary and other herbs on Ebay. Any thoughts?

I have had great results growing my favorite herb Rosemary. After using as much as I wanted and giving away as much as my friends would take is it possible to sell Rosemary? If so any ideas?

Just joined the forum and it looks great. I'm a long time vegetable gardener who has discovered herbs and love it.:)
