    My last batch also didn't make it, but if you have roses in the garden and didn't have spring pruning, it might be another better chance to try again! I just pruned the roses I propagated in the past two years, and in fact, I already have a lot of them. :D

    Last two weeks, I repaired, repainted, and reloaded one of the bird feeders with food, chicken feather and dog fur. We saw gardening birds using them, and this morning, while I was potting some volunteer plants, I saw this and felt so so so happy.

    Perennials can tolerate frost when they are established, however, young plants can still be killed by severe frost, even trees. I will also suggest using pots first as a transitional option before planting them to their permanent location, anyway a safer environment.

    My two overwintered stevia plants - as they belong to the family Asteraceae, I guess they will send basal shoots like other relatives. Under both plants I can see some tiny new growth, and I will repot them tomorrow for checking more details.
