What's cooking and what recipe do you have to share today

Hash browns and scrambled eggs with lots of chives are for my 2nd breakfast. I don't suppose you need a recipe :). A cup of herbal tea and now coffee ... Kale is there for lunch.

    Daylilies

I have bought daylilies but it was so long ago that I don't remember the source. (They are doing fine ;).) Other tubers have come over the years from a number of sources. Economical? I'm not too sure but I've been okay with what has come from van Bourgondien. Other tubers have come from the...

Question for those that know trees

I can attest to @Joao 's idea that arborvitae do well in Idaho –– northern ID, anyway. There's a row of them a half block away that obscures my view of some of the taller mountains that I would otherwise be able to see from my front window. I think that they are easily over 50 feet in height...

I would have a measure of trust with the cabbage. Can you put a blanket of some sort over the greenhouse. Or, cover what is inside by being placed in something like a plastic bag. Maybe just a little help would be enough. Yarrow?? Dad had quite a population under a tree in his front yard where...

    Yummy Dinner!

T-bone/Porterhouse. I want that bone! With ribeye, it is a little hard to deal with the bone, if'n it's included. Altho, I suppose that going on a BBQ grill would work fine. Always, bones –– broth for soup and stir-fries :). Steve
