Yummy Dinner!

DD came over for dinner last night and she brought 3 ribeye steaks to grill. We had those with asparagus sauteed in butter and garlic! It was SO delicious! Ribeye is one of my favorite cuts! What are your favorite beef cuts!?

T-bone/Porterhouse.

I want that bone! With ribeye, it is a little hard to deal with the bone, if'n it's included. Altho, I suppose that going on a BBQ grill would work fine.

Always, bones –– broth for soup and stir-fries .
