Not sure if i'm posting this thread in the right place, but here goes... When is the best time to harvest chamomile to dry for tea..? It's all budded up and ready to bloom. Aren't the flowers best for tea..?Can i also use the leaves..? Whats the best way to dry/cure my future tea..? thanks..Kevin
