I just cooked up a pot of Stinging Nettles today! Used the juice for tea. It was pretty good. I drank about 1/2 cup, with some honey, then mixed in some Blackberry tea and more Stinging Nettle juice. I'll eat the greens tomorrow with rice and other veggies.
