Seeds for animals are usually raw, rolled/crimped or deshelled. These were deshelled sunflowers, as I didn't want to waste half of my time splitting n spitting! Lol People used to say livestock seeds were xrayed or something so that you could not plant them. I've used them, often, to plant! Oats...

This failed big time.

They definitely hate full sun. Thinking of moving some and see what happens.

Hostas seem a bit happier in the shade, no new/further damage. *phew* We'll see if they still need to go further back or if those are permanent spots for them. others are a single spike, what's this one up to... the volunteer flopped over from all the rain

Got it planted. You can't really tell, but it is.

Found 7 heads! Finally! But the slugs are really damaging them....Put out poison and caught as many as I could find on the plants and around on the pots.

Bottom on, felt pad added. Now painted a bit and some dirt added, but I watered yesterday, so it'll be a few days before it's dry and I can pop it out to transplant!

Idk how I'm going to secure the liner...Didn't add a bottom, but thinking I will tomorrow.

I'm so annoyed that I forgot I had this... Can make all the waterproof planters I want! Make my own planter for my current in need plant. 🧐 Though, I need a thin wood/material for the outside. Oh! I have some wanescotting board I could use from a weird CD tower project! 🤔 Now to wash n dry this...
