THANKS Laura. I don't know how I missed it-ok, yes I do. I never get down that far on the page.
BUT-I now have joined the sufficientself...YIPPEE!!!
I don't need the cow forum just yet-lol
I love google, the ads-not so much, but hey whatever it takes to keep us afloat.
I've been wondering what happened to the link to TEG that used to be on the top of the BYC forum??? Do you know?
I am searching for 'something' for the center of my garden-so I purchased a winged lion-but decided it was too small. The hunt goes on.
I have to say-I've never really like the garden nomes either-but then the other day I was in the store and they had one marked 1/2 price...I'm going back after...
Yes it is very pretty. Good luck on your undertaking. Finding old rose names can be sooo difficult.
Check out this website it is wonderful for finding plant names. I use it often.

I can't wait til Sept. swap to see you. If I don't find any more sumac-maybe I'll hit you up...lol
I'm also scrounging for Elderberry plants-Gotta fill that yard in with something-and it's time for some free...
Gottcha!! No I'm not eating sumac, but I will be trying that Sumac lemonade recipe.
Thank you FRESHFOOD for sending me 3 beautiful sumac plants, all the way from NY.
...you could have kept the poison ivy...just sayin' lol
There was a tiny 3 leaf wonder sprouting out of one of the dirt clumps...
I haven't started herb beds yet, but I plan to next season-always next season-lol
Right now I just plant my herbs in my flower beds between my roses and perennials.
Chives, Basils, Thyme, Rosemary and more. They do wonderfully and add interest to my beds.
